Chocolate Strawberry Bliss Balls

300g nuts & seeds (I used 250g organic cashews & 50 hemp seeds)

400g Medjool dates

40g cocoa or cacao powder

2tsp Vanilla

Orange peel from ½ an orange

2 x 10g packets of Freeze dried strawberries

100g Lindt 70% block of chocolate (for dipping balls into)

Mix nuts & seeds 10 sec / speed 9

Add rest of ingredients (apart from chocolate) and mix until completely broken down and binding together so you are able to roll into a ball.

Roll into tablespoon size balls and place on baking paper lined tray in freezer.

Place chocolate into TM bowl and grate 5 sec / speed 9. Scrape down and melt 4 mins / 50°C / speed 2. Half way through the 4 mins, remove lid of TM bowl and scrape down any chocolate from sides or any that is on top of blades.

Take balls out of freezer and dip them into the chocolate. Pop them back into freezer until chocolate sets. Keep in freezer and put straight from there into lunchbox!
