Make you own delicious organic creamed corn in minutes without the refined sugar and additives that come in the canned version! This recipe makes approximately 420g of creamed corn.
Ingredients
25g organic buckwheat flour
25g grass fed butter
25g organic maple syrup (or more to taste)
200g organic almond milk
200g organic frozen corn kernels
Method
Place flour, butter, milk, maple syrup + 100g of corn into TM bowl and cook for 5 mins / 90°c / speed 3.
Blitz 3 secs / speed 8.
Add the remaining 100g corn and cook for a further 2 mins / 90°c / speed 2.
Use this creamed corn in any recipe that calls for it. You may want to double the recipe so you have some left over to eat straight up, its’s so delicious!
